Mohsin Sattar graduated in Law (LL.B) from the University of Punjab, Pakistan in 2006 and called to the Bar after becoming a life member of the Punjab Bar Council. He commenced his practice mainly in the area of Civil Litigation, Family Law, Banking/ Corporate Law and Immigration Law. He appeared in various cases before High Courts and Federal Tribunals. Later in 2008, he did his Master’s in business administration (MBA Finance). 

After migrating to Canada, he studied Law of Evidence in Canada at Osgoode Hall Law School and through National Committee on Accreditation, received the certification. He called to the Bar in 2017 by the Law Society of Upper Canada. His experience expands over 12 years and mainly focused on Immigration Law, Real estate Law and Family Law. He in fluent in multiple languages such as English, Urdu, Punjabi, Hindi. He assisted and helped hundreds of new immigrants from across the world to come to Canada and start their new life in this world’s No. 1 Country. Moreover, he also rendered his services to numerous clients in closing their Real estate transactions, settling family and contractual disputes. He is a member of the Law Society of Ontario (LSO), a life member of Punjab Bar Council and Lahore High Court Bar Association (Pakistan).
